Each session is unique and different from the session before.  We begin by talking about what your healing quest is overall and about where you are now.  As we talk, the energy of your issues rise to the surface and I begin tracking the energy. 

Every session includes energy work, to gently open and charge the meridian system and modified cranial work, to relieve the nervous system of habitual stress.  These two energy modalities help to “re-wire” the brain to allow the relaxation response to take place.  When trauma happens we tend to close down parts of these two systems in order avoid feeling the trauma.  This work allows the gentle release of old trauma out of the body; allowing the energy to circulate more freely.

Each session is a discovery of where you are now, what would support you on your journey, and the truly wonderful possibility of a deep connection to spirit.  In this connection to spirit, we can inhabit our life quest more fully; feeling the support and love that is our birth rite.

The possibilities inside a session might be:

Illumination: Illumination happens through clearing out the dense energies in the chakra system as well as clearing out the affinities for the wounding.  We all develop affinities or attractions for certain patterns of wounding.  If we don’t remove the affinity then we tend to repeat the wounding.  We finish with illuminating the involved chakra with the golden life giving energy. 

Soul Retrieval: Soul Retrieval is the recovery of the fully whole part of one’s self that disconnected during trauma.  This disconnection happens to most people at some point in their lives.  Sometimes the disconnected part returns on it’s own.  But sometimes the trauma is too great or lasts too long and we need help recovering and reintegrating the traumatized parts of ourselves.  When this energy is returned you have more of yourself—more life force. You then move through your life with choice.

Ally Recovery: We all have animal allies who can help us in our life’s journey.  In ally recovery, we find and recover our animal ally.  Sometimes called the “under employed” these allies happily enter into a work/play relationship with us.

Energy or Entity Extraction: This is the removal of toxic energies that may have built up over time or “come in” to a person’s energy field at a moment of shock, trauma or from a toxic situation.

Bands of Power: The bands consist of five energetic bands representing earth, air, fire, water and pure light.  The bands are installed in your Luminous energy field where they filter and “digest”, into one of those five elements, any negative energies that come your way.  This protection allows one to relax within the world that is overly filled with fear.

Harmony Rites: In Quechua these are named the Anyi Karpay Rites. In these rites you receive the seven seeds of archetypes into your chakras. In the first chakra, you receive the archetype of serpent; jaguar goes into the second; hummingbird into the third; and eagle into the fourth. Then, three “archangels” go into your upper three chakras. Huascar Inka, the keeper of the lower world and the unconscious is transmitted into the fifth chakra; Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent God of the Americas, and keeper of the middle world (our waking world) goes into the sixth; and Pachakuti, the protector of the upper world (our super-conscious) and keeper of the time to come goes into the seventh chakra.

Seer Rites: (Quechue, Kawak Rites).  This rite installs bands of light extending from your third eye and heart chakras to your visual cortex in the back of your head; awakening the ability to perceive the “invisible” world.

Healer’s Rites:  This rite connects you with a lineage of Earthkeepers from the past and the future that come and assists you in your personal healing journey.  The Laika tell us that we have tremendous spiritual assistance available. These luminous beings work on us during mediation and sleep time to heal the wounds of the past, of our ancestors and our children’s children.
